I understand that participation in youth football is a potentially hazardous activity that carries a risk of injury. I acknowledge that each player I am registering is physically able to participate, and I give permission for them to take part in Tri County Youth Football practices and games during the 2026 season. I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other players, equipment, weather, and field conditions, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. In consideration of allowing each player I am registering to participate, I, as parent or legal guardian, waive and release Tri County Youth Football, its coaches, sponsors, and volunteers from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of their participation, even where such liability may arise from negligence. I understand and agree that Tri County Youth Football, its coaches, sponsors, and volunteers are NOT responsible or liable for any medical expenses, bills, or costs resulting from any injury or illness arising out of participation, and I accept full responsibility for all such medical expenses. I also authorize the coaches and volunteers to obtain emergency medical care for any player I am registering if needed and I cannot be reached immediately.
